| DRIVERS STANDING |
07-23-2004 Antonio Pizzonia will 'probably' drive at the Hungarian GP as well, the 23-year-old stand-in for Williams' Ralf Schumacher said at Hockenheim on Thursday. Ralf, who crashed in June, is talking about being fit enough to race at Budapest ''but if he doesn't,'' said Brazilian Pizzonia, ''I think [I'll drive].'' Nicknamed 'Jungle Boy,' Antonio brushed aside suggestions he is a good tester but freezes like a rabbit in the headlights when at an actual grand prix. ''I am a lot more involved [at Williams] than I was [at Jaguar],'' he said. ''And I feel I have grown up a lot -- both in and out of the car.'' Asked if he was nervous, he replied: ''I'm pretty relaxed.'' Pizzonia said Williams are trying not to put pressure on him ''but I know the deal. I'm sure I can do a good job and we need points now from both cars.'' |
