F1's Grand Prix Drivers' Association is going to 'have a word' with Prof. Sid Watkins about what happened on Indianapolis' main-straight some two weeks ago.

David Coulthard, one of four GPDA directors, admitted the issue of how long it took for medical crews to attend to an injured Ralf Schumacher is 'of concern.'

FIA president Max Mosley claims a two-minute time frame was achieved.

But McLaren's veteran said he has information about what 'is acceptable' to race director Charlie Whiting. ''We're going to have a word with Sid,'' DC added.

[Sid] Watkins is the sport's long-time travelling Doctor.

''Obviously it's a specialist area,'' said Coulthard. ''Charlie is limited in his knowledge. We'll have more information going into the British Grand Prix.''
